Invisalign® straightens your teeth without wires and brackets, using a series of clear, customized, removable appliances called aligners. It’s almost undetectable, which means hardly anyone will know that you’re straightening your teeth. Invisalign aligners are designed to move your teeth in small steps to the desired final position prescribed by Dr. Bitton. Each aligner is precisely calibrated and manufactured to fit your mouth at each stage of the treatment plan.
Your first step is to visit our office to determine if Invisalign is right for you. Once Dr. Bitton evaluates if you are a good candidate for Invisalign, she will instruct Invisalign on how your teeth should move through advanced computer technology. This is why it is important that Invisalign is provided by a Specialist in Orthodontics. Each aligner is worn for about two weeks and only taken out to eat, brush and floss. As you replace each aligner with the next, your teeth will begin to move gradually — week-by-week until the final alignment prescribed is achieved.
There are many factors that determine the cost of your Invisalign treatment: how extensive the issues are that you want corrected, how long your treatment will last, and the specific treatment details prescribed by Dr. Bitton. If you have orthodontic insurance benefits, our office can help you to determine if Invisalign treatment will be covered.
